What is JBT Course Haryana or D Ed Haryana or BSTC
Haryana D.Ed & Haryana D.El.Ed. (Urdu Course): This course is for those who want to be a JBT Teacher. JBT and D.Ed are two different names for a single course. In fact JBT, BSTC, and D Ed Haryana, all the names are for a single course.
JBT full form is Junior Basic Teacher, D Ed full form is diploma in education, D El Ed is Diploma in Elementary Education, and BSTC is Basic School Teaching Course.
To become the JBT Teacher you must have two important certificates.
- The first one is the Certificate of Diploma in Education (D. El. Ed).
- And the second is the HTET. For having a Diploma In Elementary Education you have to take admitted to the Haryana JBT course online.

Previous Recruitment or JBT Bharti: Govt of Haryana, in the year 2012 advertised the vacancy of JBT teachers. Total vacancies were 9870. These posts were for two cadres i.e. Rest of Haryana Cadre and the Mewat cadre. The selected candidates for this recruitment have been appointed in the year 2017. Haryana Govt has not advertised posts for JBT teachers since 2012. So there are chances for new recruitment will take place in the coming years.
The new batch for 2024 will also be started this year.

Colleges
Candidates are allowed to choose their college from the list of 342. Out of 342 colleges, six colleges are government-owned and the remaining self-financing colleges (un-aided) are owned by private organizations. During the online application, candidates have been given the option to choose five institutions from the list.
Eligibility Criteria for D Ed Haryana Course
If you want to take admitted in this Course, the undermentioned conditions must be fulfilled:-
- You must be a
resident of Haryana - Senior Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks
- The minimum qualifying marks for SC, BC, and Differently Abled Persons is 47.5%. Board has given a relaxation of 5% in minimum qualifying marks at the Senior Secondary level.
(BC a, BC b Caste List in Haryana) - Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit. For Diploma in Education (Urdu) candidate must have passed Urdu at the secondary level(10th

Applicants should produce all the required documents in ORIGINAL. You should provide it with attested copies of certificates at the time of obtaining admission.
Attestation should be received from the government officials and we are suggesting you get the same from the Headmaster or Principal of the school where you studied.

JBT Course Fees in Haryana
Candidates will have to pay Rs. 25,800/- (Twenty Five Thousand, Eight Hundred) as a course fee annually for self-financed institutions. You can pay this fee in 4 installments also. And, the students have to pay the examination fee in addition to the course fee. The course fee is subject to change and the same will be notified by the board every year.
Application Fees
Candidates from the General or Economic Weaker Section category should have to pay Rs. 500 (Five Hundred) as an application fee and Rs. 275 (Two Seventy-Five) for SC, BC, and physically handicapped candidates.
Candidates are suggested to prefer Net banking while applying for admission. If you apply through a Credit or Debit Card of any bank, you have to pay 1.75 % additionally on the fee amount.

Haryana JBT Online Form Last Date 2024
Only an Online form for registration in the JBT Haryana Course will be accepted.
If you want to apply for both D. Ed. and D. Ed (Urdu), you have to apply online for both courses separately.
Seat Allocation for D. Ed. Haryana Admission
Streamwise seat allocation for the course is Science 30%, Commerce 28%, Arts 40%, Vocational 02%.
In case seats in the commerce, stream remain vacant, then it will be converted into a Science stream or Vice Versa.
The Subject combination is also compulsory for streamwise admission in Diploma In Education Course.

JBT Counselling 2024 Haryana
State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will conduct the counseling. D Ed Haryana’s admission process online for this academic session will be initiated by HBSE. HBSE is responsible for the overall JBT course.
You have to fill out an online application for the Haryana JBT form. Pay the requisite fees. When the Haryana JBT Online Form Last Date will be over, authorities will scrutinize your registration form. After that JBT counseling, in Haryana will have to be done by SCERT.
