The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has recently issued the notification for Fresh admissions to Haryana Open School (HOS). According to this notification, students can take admission in STC/ CTP/ Partial Improvement/ Full Improvement/ Additional Candidates schemes. HOS 12th Open Form Last Date 2024 [online]

The HOS or Haryana Open School System is for classes 10th and class 12th. Haryana Open School scheme provides education to deprived children at their doorstep. These children include females, rural youth, and working children.

The Haryana Open School system is a Haryana government Scheme. This scheme is especially for those who can not be admitted to the formal education system. A formal education system means Regular Schools and Regular Colleges.

HOS 10th Open Form Last Date 2023 [online]

The Board has invited online applications from fresh candidates who wish to be admitted to the 10th-class Examinations.

Haryana Open Board Admission Form class 10th and 12th

The Bhiwani board usually releases admission forms in June & August every year. These forms are available both online and offline.

How to Apply Online

Please follow the steps mentioned below to apply online for admission.

1. Go to the official website that is www.bseh.org.in.
2. Then Click on “Application Form For HOS Fresh Secondary/Sr. Secondary Exam March-2025”
3. If you have not registered yourself already then first register yourself with a valid email and mobile number.
4. Click on the relevant link either for class 10 or class 12.
5. Read the instructions carefully and proceed.
6. Click on the “Application Form” link. This link is available in the announcements section.
7. Fill in the basic and course details
8. Now click on the submit button
9. Pay registration fees.

Haryana Open School Admission Fees

Haryana Open School Admission Fees for classes 10 and 12 are given below:-

For Class 10th

• Exam Fee INR 1200.00
• Practical Subject Fee INR 100.00

For Class 12th

• Exam Fee INR 1250.00
• Migration Fees INR 50.00
• Additional Subject Fee INR 200.00
• Practical Subject Fee INR 100.00

Eligibility Criteria

Before applying online, you must ensure your eligibility criteria. HOS eligibility criteria are as mentioned below:-

10th Class:

1. The candidate should have completed 14 years of age on 1st February 2025. The candidate would be required to submit one of the following documents as a proof of age:
2. Required Documents as proof of age: School Leaving Certificate (SLC) of Govt./Recognized School duly countersigned by the District Education Officer or equivalent rank of the area concerned.
3. Date of Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/Registrar of Birth & Death.
4. If the date of birth certificate is not available and the candidate has never studied in any Govt./ Recognised school, then the medical certificate in respect of age issued by any Government Hospital may be submitted.

12th Class:

1. There is no minimum age limit.
2. Passed Secondary from this Board or from any other Board recognized by the Board of School Education Haryana.
3. At least One & Half years of gap between the year of passing the secondary (10th Class) examination and that of appearing in the Senior Secondary Examination.
4. English subject is compulsory to pass in Secondary Examination.
5. English subject failed candidates in the Secondary Examination will appear in the Secondary Examination of English subject with the Senior Secondary Examination under the H.O.S system.
6. For this purpose, the candidate has to submit a separate application form.
7. He has to pass the given examination before the Senior Secondary Examination otherwise his result for the Senior Secondary Examination will be terminated.
