महाराष्ट्र शासन कॅलेंडर 2026: The General Administration Department of the Maharashtra Government has announced the list of public holidays in its annual calendar. The MAT declares the list of all Government holidays that will be observed in the year. The MAT grants special State holidays for Nagpur and Aurangabad. It will be covering Summer Vacations, Diwali Festive holidays, and Christmas holidays.

MAT will be observing the 26th of August, Wednesday as a holiday on account of Mahalaxmi Pujan in Aurangabad and Nagpur. Similarly, for Aurangabad, there will be a special holiday on 17th September, Thursday for Marathwada Mukti Sangram Din.
Sundays and Saturdays of every week are marked to be considered a holiday by the Maharashtra Govt.
