Navodaya Vidyalas was established in 1986 under the “National Policy on Education” act, and they are affiliated with the CBSE board. The full name of these schools is Jawahar Navodaya Vidyala. Admission to Navdaya Vidyalas takes place through an entrance test called the JNVST. Students willing to study in Navodaya schools will have to sit in the entrance exam and qualify for it. In the language section, there will be reading comprehension. The Mental Ability test will have 50 marks, the Arithmetic section will have 25 marks, and the Language section will have 25 marks.
In the Mental Ability section, you need to use your reasoning to answer questions correctly. Students are familiar with the reading comprehension part. The mathematics section will also have questions that students mostly learn till the 5th standard.
