LTC Rules Haryana
The full form of LTC is the Leave Travel Concession. LTC is a travel concession for government employees in India.
You can avail yourself of benefits of one month’s salary according to the LTC rules in Haryana. You can avail of this once in the LTC block of four years. The Govt. of Haryana vide letter number 13/19/2008-2SII dated 05/02/2009 has formulated a new scheme of LTC for visiting the home town and any place in India for the state Govt. employees.
Here is the relevant paragraph of the letter issued by the Govt. :-
“Now the State Govt. has revised the pay scales of the state Govt. employees with effect from 01.01.2006. to liberalize the policy of LTC for visiting the hometown and any place in India. The Govt has further considered the matter. and it has been decided that one month’s salary would be admissible to the state Govt. employees in a block of four years instead of LTC.

LTC Block Years
Here is the relevant paragraph that mentions the block years for availing LTC-
The first block of four years for this purpose shall be 2008-2011 (01-01-2008 to 31-12-2011) and the next block of four years for this purpose shall be 2012-2015, 2016-2019, 2020-2023, and so on.”
So you can understand that each block has four years. An employee can get his one-month salary in lieu of an LTC claim in each block. He/she can avail of either LTC/HTC or one month’s salary.
So LTC Block Years are-
- 2008-2011 (01-01-2008 to 31-12-2011)
- 2012-2015 (01-01-2012 to 31-12-2015)
- 2016-2019 (01-01-2016 to 31-12-2019)

Can You Apply After the Last Date of Any Block Year

I think no recovery will be made. I have also availed this benefit after one year of service.
Eligibility kya hoti h LTC k liye
Govt of Haryana has not issued any notification in this regard for the block year of 2016-19.
